Here are a couple snapshots of my nearly complete Paulk Workbench 2. I purchased the plans for $10.00 from Ron at paulkhomes.com. Got the plans the same day and made up my material list. 8 Ball Pool Cheat Engine Coins here.
I got started on it last weekend and have about 10 hours in it. I modified the plans in a couple areas but the most dramatic one was from the original size of 4×8 to my version which is 3×6’6”. I did this for weight reduction and for my own needs, didnt see the necessity for the full size. This project was really fun to build and I think it will be great to use in the near future.
It is extremely solid and with the tablesaw and router table integrated, it is very versatile for the jobsites. I made mine from 1/2” birch plywood for the bench portion, 3/4” birch ply on the saw horses, and the router table fence from 3/4” MDF. 1” pocket screws and wood glue hold it all together. I still need to cut the miter slots in, add the nylon sawhorse straps, the router fence dust collector adaptor for my Fein Turbo1, sand, and finish with wipe on poly which I expect to have all finished within the next few days. If you are looking for a mobile workbench, I highly recommend Ron’s plans.
